EQUATO-GUINEAN OPVs

Tuesday, February 22nd, 2011 – In an official Naval ceremony held at Israel Shipyards Ltd., the two new 62m OPV were delivered to the Navy of Equatorial Guinea. At the Ceremony, among the speakers, were Mr. Matan Vilnai – Minister at the Israeli Defense and Admiral Eya Olomo – Vice-Minister of National Defense Equatorial Guinea.

At the end of the ceremony the two Offshore Patrol vessels sailed out of the harbor, accompanied with cheers from all the guests.
