Oga Beeg was she rescued by any of the security special forces or was a ransom paid?
Thank God for mama. Her health was my greatest concern! We would also want to see the same willingness and pressure from government to address security issues affecting the populace.
Latest gist making the rounds be say dem drop pepper for the kidnappers
Thank you god it to you be the glory ALWAYS
Glory be God……
God is great and the devil is a liar, what was those DEMONS masquerading as kidnappers thinking ? There is only one outcome for people of such DEATH in every form.
They must wait for it ……if it has not be given to them already.
Thanks be to God. His mercies endureth forever.
Lets now resolve, to take security issues seriously in this country.
Insecurity, will continue to exact a price from nigerians great and small. We have the manpower in the form of our security forces already committed, lets provide them with the proper logistics, ammunition, training, protective equipment etc. etc.
Thanks be to God.
The Commissioner of Police said ” I am not aware of any ransom paid”. He further said the kidnappers (in these case ‘grannynappers’) took off immidiately they sighted the police. One of them was shot.
Kudos to the Police for this job.
Congrats to all bloggers, nigerians and the Beegeagle.
The rash of kidnapping in Nigeria is turning the country into a joke. Just read on Yahoo about three minutexs ago that six Korean workers just got kidnapped in Bayelsa state. We should probably do what the Italians did some years ago when they battled kidnappers, by creating a special protection police for foreign investors, owners of industries in Nigeria and their key employees. We can go on like this. It is quite common now to hear Nigeria and Somalia mentioned in the same breadth.
How can we be in the fore front of ensuring stability in our region when we are pulled in so many ways by problems that should and must be fixed. We have the US and France pulling us into Mali. We have the unfinished business of Boko Haram and the almost life long problem with armed robbery and now kidnapping. These are all serious security issues that we must address and do so starting yesterday. We need to increase the size of the police and the military. We must also arm them very well and stop this nonsense that we have been engaged in now for more than 50 years. No more cheap stuff for the army. No more cops that are not properly selected, vetted and equipped. We must stop being the lauging stock of the world. This is very embarassing. Me sef, I don tire.
