    (credit: AK47 Modified)

All our SF chaps should have this modified AK as everyday rifle. Looks modern and decent. They should have TAR 21s and F2000s for operations.

How difficult is it to achieve that – 2,500 rifles max. I taya for dis wooden butt AK47 wey be like Mark IV yone. D tin dey local for eye gan🙂. See as e dey fall my guys hand.

  4. Hussein says:

Me too General, I am tired of our SF guys carrying this wooden stock Ak’s

  5. Henry says:

No oga’s, you guys are getting it al wrong. The QRF of the airforce, have since dumped these AK-47’s for tavor-21’s.

This photo like the caption says, was taken during last year’s air expo.

These guys rappeled from the MI-35p( photo earlier pasted), and put on an impressive show for the guests at the event.

12 guys in total, in 3 sets of 4.

  6. beegeagle says:

    Well, that is correct.

The QRF chaps we saw in January at PHC enroute Niamey(Niger) all had Tavor rifles. Ditto another chap who was photographed in Borno.

  9. tim says:

Our army has learnt the use of shilka against ground targets……that is nice, woe to the receiving side of the slugs.

  10. (@lordfej) says:

@ oga asorock you are right , the camera is very poor thats why it seems that way

    • eyimola says:

      Thank You so much.

    • Henry says:

Seeing the igirigi in desert camo, brings indescribable joy. Heavenly feeling, just like that very moment you are about to “cum”.

The only up-grade the igirigi needs now is a GPMG or a 12.7mm. Daz all….. Beautiful. Good a thing F.G budgeted 5million dollars for it’s development in the 2013 budget. For 1/3 the price of the otokar cobra, with 70% local content, it’s a win-win for the government, army and local industry.

      • Obix says:

LOL! Oga Henry, na so the picture “arouse” you?. What will happen to you when you see the green and white roundel on a SU-30 jet ?🙂 Have a nice day!

      • Henry says:

Yh, OGA obix, I’m pretty ecstatic. Well for the SU-30’s, let us first see them now.

  12. Henry says:

Come, I hope Oga beeg, hasn’t performed one of those his disappearing acts again oh. I will just get him arrested.
