Solid as a rock. Dang..what have we been waiting for? Holding on to T55 tanks since 1978?

    #NeverAgain

    • Russellinfinity says:

#Never Again mon ami…it must be said that these beasts have literally ploughed through enemy fire. Any way, let the photo speak for itself

    • buchi says:

expect T-90s soon Oga beegz no coin back…the sight alone will leave some haramites swearing on their grandpas grave.
      #NEVERAGAIN

      • beegeagle says:

I know…and I am sure the world will get to see photos of Nigerian Army T90 tanks posted here.

      • lachit says:

T 90s will be a good addition just make sure to have the russians install a uprated air conditioner to it or u will have all the electronics fried up in hot weather since these tanks were made for cold russian condition.indian t 90s suffered from this problem and we had to replace all the electronics all over again.huge loss of money.
        dont say i did not warn u 😉 🙂 🙂 😉

      • jimmy says:

        OGA BUCHI
You said you were sick, in the hospital, we prayed for you , you rose from your sick bed, now you want us to be sick i beg o no give man heart attack nawh, please tell me the truth o!

  2. Henry says:

    # Never Again, #Never Again #Never again

This is what we have begged for, cried for, for many many years. Brilliant to see our persistence come to fruition.

  3. Are James says:

Well… it is just a T 72 AV. Everybody has one, including Iya Mukaila down the road. I will make a positive comment when i see a T 90S with ERA and a decent APS.

    • Colloid says:

Oga are james, i agree. Until i NA start fielding T90 tanks, there’s not going to be too much hype of t72. T72 have served it purpose–CTCOIN war, it won’t last in a convectional war. T90s is the “Merlin” we want in our camelot.

    • johnbest1 says:

      Seconded

The End of the battle for Kukawa

This the video made by that screaming CJTF guy. This version has commentary – for the few people that can understand Hausa.

    • Are James says:

Well sewn uniforms similar to the NA’s retrieved from BH and good enough to be given to a serving soldier of the Nigerian Army. Would that be from recently looted stores or was some local sponsor(s) spending big bucks on the insurgents?.

      • asorockweb says:

        BH uniforms are imported.

But I doubt that BH uniforms are that plentiful.

We may need someone that understands Hausa to revisit that portion of the video.

Besides, why would BH uniforms match NA uniforms?

    • kulture1 says:

Greetings, my Ogas. I came across this video clip about a gallant Nigerian solder in hand to hand combat with boko haram. My imagination could be running Nollywood, but my analysis is that:
This gallant Nigerian solder was involved in heavy fire exchange with boko haram militants across the river. He was against an overwhelming no of enemies and fire power, so he retreated.
In the process, he was shot and injured by a boko haram militant who had waded across the river, and he went down.
The militant then started attacking the injured solder with either a machete, or the riffle butt, dealing many deadly blows( with deadly intent I might add)
This Nigerian Solder refused to go down but showed what a true, gallant Nigerian solder really is. He engaged the militant in a classic hand to hand combat that rivals HBO Spartacus and would have been lauded to high heavens if he were white.See the end of the clip and the end result yourselves.
I´m so proud of this solder, and so should all patriotic Nigerians. I wish there is a way to identify this unknown solder. he deserves an award.
We may have our set backs, but let all know that NIgerian solders don´t run like some super power´s whose solder took to his heels when confronted by just a rowdy crowd.( In Turkey )
      Never Again!

  5. Another classic video from Nick George

    Abeg who be this guy?

  6. Tobey says:

Am I the only one who thinks Nick George is SiriusBlack?

    • Saleh says:

nah I think sirius black is a subaltern

    • ozed says:

He might be the source, but this involves some professional post-production.
Whoever it is should carry on the good work.

The content shows all the hard preparation that goes before a successful operation. The reason why a truly swift and surprise attack should be applauded.

Most people only see the sexy outcome at the end of the battle and not the onerous preparation.

    • beegeagle says:

Sirius Black is a sprightly young officer. He gave the headsup about having sighted 30 odd REVA MRAPs in his AOR. For those who scoffed at that possibility, now you know why it had to be spot on.

  7. engineerboat says:

Reblogged this on engineerboat and commented:
    This is a welcome development.
    #Never again! Never Again!!

  8. makanaky says:

Thank you to whoever has uploaded this video its wonderful and speaks volumes.
Thank you Beegeagle for your effort its noticed worldwide.
Thank you to all patriotic Nigerians for their effort in refuting western propaganda when the truth is glaring
    God Bless Nigeria

  9. Augustine says:

    NA….T-72 and Gazelle in action.

    • Augustine says:

T-72 looks like the ‘Lion Of Babylon’ version of armour, RHA. The Gazelle is pintle mounted with a machine gun. Sorry I did not notice someone had posted this video some hours earlier. Apologies rendered to you all.

  10. Augustine says:

Maybe Amnesty international should now swoop on Cameroon for investigation and USA/EU should slam arms embargo on Cameroon while investigations continue for human right abuses, or there is a different law for Nigeria in the international community? (We still deny those abuse videos, it is NOT proved to be Nigerian troops).

    Hello Cameroon, hello Amnesty International….

    http://www.punchng.com/news/25-bharam-members-die-in-cameroon-custody/

    • Ola says:

I read the piece too and I doubt if anything would be done about it. AI already indicated Cameroon in a report, but Cameroon is now the new bride of the US apparently to spite Nigeria. Cameroon will get weapons and training from the US, so I read in news.
In my opinion, Nigeria should for once take her eyes off the hypocritical “International community” and do her own thing. We should smile with them while we turn else where for help. We should stop carrying them along 100% and we should also hide certain capabilities that we acquire from them just like the NAF armed UAV acquisition took them by surprise.

  11. COLONEL NGR says:

There is a video on the Nigerian army facebook page showing the strike force. Two of the soldiers spoke to the camera. Well kitted and obviously well trained. Things are changing, videos are popping up…though short, they give us an insight into whats happening in the northeast. Couldnt share the video here because of my phone. Someone who has access to the NA’s facebook page shoild please check it out and post here.

  12. Augustine says:

The loud, endless noise, cry and call for these Nigerian battlefield videos came up daily on this blog heavily and mightily in the last 3 weeks….now see the results.

Oga Beegeagle, keep up your good work of a true Nigerian patriot.

I don’t know who is the top government official in Abuja that reads your blog or top military officer, whoever it was that heard the cry you led in calling for these videos to counter massive western led and Chadian spearheaded propaganda and glory stealing of Nigeria’s military sweat and blood achievements, whoever is the FG or DHQ senior personality that responded to your call, should be thanked publicly….while you still continue to be Oliver Twist in national interest….Beegeagle always asks for more….for the fatherland Nigeria !

Generals, pls i would like to know the difference between the t-72b3 & t-72av…???

  14. alade says:

I asked cos i was chattin wit a Russian t-72b3 tank crew and he totally downgraded the Nigerian t-72av bt went ahead to tell me that t-72b3 is the latest of the t-72 tanks which is on the same par with t-90 tanks….

  16. beegeagle says:

Who is going to help with updating WIKIPEDIA. We have loads of photo evidence of new equipment. We have used so many systems in combat and this should be reflected

    Gazelle helics
    Puma helics
    MIL helics
    F7s
    Alpha Jet
    T72 tanks
    BigFoot MRAPs
    REVA MRAPs
    MOWAG APCs

    • Colloid says:

Lemme see if i can do that. The problem is that they may not update immediately. It isn’t that they don’t know we have/still inducting hardwares. The problem would also be telling the actual number of helio/tanks/apc/mraps purchased if they asked. Well, better try than not trying.

      • kulture1 says:

Oga Colloid, I would not worry about that. I´m sure no country would give an actual information on the amount of hardwares it has got. I would suggest a rough estimate, or close guess. Most militaries on wikipedia blatantly exaggerate, falsify their inventories.

    • tbite says:

I can help…as I have experience creating time tested Nigerian Articles on Wikipedia. But the problem like Colloid mentioned is dotting the Is and crossing the ts
