    is this the new standard issue uniform of the Nigerian army, or is this for desert warfare/CT-COIN ops?

      Sorry to dissapoint you it is not what BRIG ATEWE is wearing BASED ON THE INSIGNIA/ EMBLEM is that of the 3rd Brigade

        It is the Guards Brigade mascot, Jimmy. If you look again at the photos of a 4WD truck which I posted on the same day as the Army BMW car(May 1,2 or 3), you would see the same mascot embossed on the hood of the Toyota Hilux

    I zoomed in it loks like a scorpion which resembles the emblem probabley of the old brigade of guards/ or 3 rd division please correct me if I am wrong MR BEEGEAGLE
